We are a locally owned and operated property management company serving the greater Sunbury and Northumberland County area. Our portfolio includes a variety of residential apartments, homes, mixed-use properties, and commercial spaces, allowing us to offer rental options for many different needs and stages of life.

Because we manage our properties locally, our team is close by and actively involved in their day-to-day operation. From leasing and tenant communication to maintenance, inspections, and property improvements, we work to keep our buildings safe, functional, and well cared for.
